Are you new in figures? Just about 1-2 years ago most of us have been paying RM 4/100yen like a boss for figures. It's only recently the last few months it dropped drastically. The peak back then was RM 4.30/100 yen. So, even if it goes up the 0.035 it is still very low to me.
There was an occasion where GSC's 1/8 STR animation went as high as rm 460 including EMS and i had to cancel my order.
