Oh okay, I just try to save on the currency conversion if possible. Sometimes unlucky will pay more, sometimes lucky then get less. But the prices don't really fluctuate that much.

1. I only buy from reputable sites like AmiAmi, Jungle, Mandarake, BiginJapan
2. I use SAL registered, sometimes EMS
3. Naw I never buy local.

Guess I should be safe.

My conversion isn't thru Paypal btw, is by card issuer, VISA. Anyway if general market price rise, VISA price also rise.
