sometimes buying from local seller got advantage too
some fix their pre-order price based on the current exchange rate, when product release time they still sell to you at that price even though exchange rate increased

My suggestion is, buy whatever you want and like the most, regardless of old or new, depending on your budget. What's the most important in collecting figures, is being happy with what you have and having what you want.

Price is a secondary factor, but, of course, spend according to budget. If what you want is expensive now, you can still get it, but the total number of figures u can buy is lesser. That is what im doing. A good thing in the long run because i only buy what i really like, and only those with really good quality, and my room doesnt become overcrowded too fast.
