I just got to know this thread from my friend last night. I e-mailed to kangaroos_kang@yahoo.com.sg and I received reply in 2 hours.
Well, I spent much lesser to apply my Australia visa.
What I want to say is the service is prompt and cheaper.
ETA - Australia Tourist Visa (SGD$7 or RM$22 each), OPERATING since May2012
