Just had a horrible experience with Ms Kang. I did not key in the date format correctly but when i tried to clarify with her, she just replied saying not interested to do and asked me to apply through other agents. I could be stupid for not knowing the date format but all i did was just trying to clarify with her. I just find it very rude and i did not expect this kind of service based on the excellent feedback i read in this forum. Never again!
