WEF 30Oct2014, Australia Government requires us to furnish them with 3 extra questions.

1) Has Applicant ever been known by another name : YES or NO
2) Has Applicant ever had a criminal conviction : YES or NO
3) National Identity Number (IC No) : S1234567A

For those APPLICANTs who already got the VISA approved, you do not have to worry about it.

With immediate effect.

Once your Australia VISA is approved, we are not allow to VOID or CANCEL it.

Any amendment, we must email directly to the Australia Government.

It may takes 3 to 10days to rectify this issue.

Please be extra careful when submitting us the passport particulars

We are going for holidays between 19Dec to 29Dec 2014.
(Both dates inclusive)

During this period, email reply will be slow.
Maybe few days without Internet Connection.

Your departure date must be more than 14days, then email us the details.

NO application of Australia VISA during this period (We are on Holidays).
15Feb2015 (Sunday) to 24Feb2015 (Tuesday). Both dates are inclusive.

We will resume VISA application from 25Feb2015 (Wednesday).

Once the VISA is approve, we will email you the VISA confirmation + the Bank acct no.

Verify all the details, once they are all correct, then u make the payment.

At Singapore Changi Airport, Singapore Airlines (SQ) counter is charging S$50 (M$130) per visa which is a 3-5 mins job to process the application.
