Sorry for what you have experienced. I believed your falling tiles have already fixed by developer. Anyway, consider quite lucky and thats good for developer still offering fixing the defected even after 4 years times... i believe they don't have to do that right?

Regarding the fake brand gas stove, you should have bring this matter to them for their attention, bring the complaint to their office!... i believe if this is truth, they should have giving you some explanation.

Anyway, wouldn't think they want asking for this type of trouble, sure they wouldn't want to have all these complained from all the customers/residents, nowadays all the buyers are very smart, developer smart enough knowing that dealing with this type of trouble is going to be very headaches, and won't do any good for their up coming projects. Thats why one of the reason after 4 years, they still fixing the defect.

And they have more projects coming up, the projects they doing will be getting better and better, for those who have following this developer would have know.... lots of changes and improved from them.

Again, should have bring this to developer, and its fair to developer, and for current residents as well who own the units there, all the owners wouldn't want their condo/home to have bad impression to the future buyers and future home owners.

Can't really comparing with villaorkid. Harmoni2 from the design to using a new different method to build up and the awesome facilities…. they are different. the villa orkid was at its high peak has almost 900k+ for 1893sq.ft, as for today market, price for the subsales sure got very competitive. so would said the price of the villaorkid didn't drop if comparing when it's launch price (Subsales not count) Villaorkid launching price was started from rm400k+ for 1577sq.ft only, now the cheapest subsales unit selling at least 620k-+ more. so these 5 years the owner does earned to stay / the rental. Therefore whoever bought the VO at the early stage the value of the property does appreciate.

Harmoni 2, talking about the FACILITIES, landscape layout, i would said the villaorkid 3stars vs harmoni 8 stars. i be happy to walk you through whats the different as well as the price too;)

Regarding Harmoni 2, the maintenance fee will be lowest in town as long as the developer Involving managing the condo. Like villaorkid, thats why villaorkid is only 15cent for 6 years till now as it managing by developer with jmb together. The sinking fund is the FD account earning the interest. As it for the developer’s connection, manpower and the resources will providing best of deal to keep all the spending lower.

Harmoni 1 is private owned.

During the peak hours. Typically it will be congested a bit. Quite common, It has gotta better comparing than before.
