Hope brem developer, don just target china n Singapore investor.... The land has been clear, With this I overall see, surround the land actually have a L shape of BIG POWER station with BIG wire with it......OH MY GOD..... And that power station wire is connect to Casa 2kiara condo in front.....which is casa 1 kiara condo behind ..... |

When open for sale.......wanted to buy a HOME for family stay.....
Hope price is okay one.... But is segambut area have any future plan MRT? Is it just beside of mont kiara? N desa park? Tks |

Villa crystal 1155sf sold out already....
Scenaria still unit available. When will rosvilla launch leh? Some body said June....now near July already.p If a property cost rm 580k, built period from 2014 august -2017 august 3yrs time....how much is the total of interest need to serve? Tks |
