Shipping Method
1. We use Pos Laju as its shipping method.
2. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment.
3. For all domestic orders, please add on postage fee of RM 6.00 for West Malaysia and RM 10.00 for East Malaysia.
4. We try our best to offer affordable and quick shipping. All orders placed before 3:00pm will ship the same day and will reach within one to two days (excludes weekends and public holidays will ship the next business day).
5. Tracking Number/Delivery confirmation are provided after we ship your order.

Return Policy
We operate a 7 days return period as explained below.
1. All the products on sale from Mobile One Stop Distributor have met our high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know via phone/email/msn.
2. Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 7 days will be replaced.
3. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
4. To return or exchange an item please securely wrap and package it
5. We recommend that you use Pos Laju / Skynet or other courier service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Hi, my Samsung Note 1 seems like cannot charge.. I can charge it until 50% and after that even it is charging, the battery level will drop... I suspect it is the problem with the charging port.. Can you quote me the price to replace the charging port?
