Usually I'm not a fan of PAS where they banned things like rock concerts with sexy chicks. But for this, I'm actually incline towards PAS decision on this.

Belly dance within restaurants, function halls, stadium are fine with me.
Public area like mall concourse area can be a bit revealing ...

Call me old fashion, but yea this is just my opinion.
