Ive been thinking....on what base should we rate ourselves as a bad/good player??...
by winning rate , battle level or etc?

if ur saying good / bad,ill say it reflects from personality.not to play the blame game and so on
if ur saying pro / noob, check their win rate :/
but it wont be really accurate.easiest way to detect whether someone is pro or not = play with them.

noob who listen to advice=good player
noob who doesn't=bad player

pro who tolerate/give advice=good player
pro who gets mad/curse alot=bad player

pro? people who can turn game over to win when other didn't really support him/her for ward/courier etc.. and when others noob, then he turned into pro automatically

yea..seriously attitude plays most important part...sportmanship...a guy who is good in skill with bad attitude is as good as noob

I would say there are many different ways to consider yourself as a good player, it depends I guess.. Like some people has high knowledge about dota, like what items to buy, heroes to pick, how skill works etc.. And some plays well like good at initiating, last hitting creeps, ganking etc..

good player = give full teamwork
bad player = someone watching a movie in a game

Good player = enjoy the game
Bad player = GIME MANA KOTOL

We all do have our definition for a good player and bad player but here is what i think about those players :

Good players
1.) know their role and play their part ( tanker go tank , support go wards , nuker go help by skilling , carry farm and gank when needed etc ... )
2.) open for discussion for strategy or item build ( regardless on yourself or team mate )
3.) open for advice
4.) dont badmouth , trashtalk or insult other players ( like go quit dota , dont cry , noob etc ... )
5.) willing to share to other players to improve and make the community a better place
6.) friendly
7.) teamwork rather than work solo
8.) not afraid of death ( of course gank smartly )
9.) have sense of time ( know when to finish the game when facing late game hero )
10.) experienced player

and many more

Bad players
1.) bad mouth or insult others
2.) giving up too fast without even trying
3.) try to argue with other people when they are given advice with not making sense arguement
4.) too coward ( run when full hp during team fight )
5.) being negative all the time and keep saying gg or bring the team morale down
6.) work solo and only care about own kill rather than saving team mates
7.) keep ks other people kills even he is a carry or support
8.) uncooperative team mate
9.) no sense of timing
10.) self centered

and many more

I think i am a average player because I am more onto team play guy and not solo man . I believe no matter how fat you are , you still cant 1 vs 5 without your team mate . Even if i got 6 divine rapier

It's all about attitude

to know you are a good player is on a level of self reflect , if you know you are good then you are good .

I AM PRO !!! BUT MY TEAM IS NOT !!! So thats the reason why some of my game fail.

noobs that don't accept criticism are the worst kind of players ever.

IMO, players that are open to constructive criticism as well as possessing the will to further improve are definitely good players. Individual skill isn't all that matters in a team based game.
