The condos at puteri harbour n danga bay r crazy. From RM1000psf.

Puteri harbour is freehold. MEDINI is all LH.

If you have limited budget and you are looking at Nusajaya (zone B) now, you are looking at the wrong zone. Good to look at other cheaper zones, or even better just outside the zones where prices are still decent.

Likely Bukit Indah. All are freehold except Medini in zone B, and probably some parts near CIQ in zone A.

For investment, 129 years leasehold still do-able.

Avira by E&O will not b cheap.... sunway iskandar will b another expensive development.... east ledang bungalow from rm4.5mil
