not fluent in bm doesnt mean people have the rights to laugh at you. they should treat u nicely as customer regardless if u cant 'mengembek bila masuk kandang etc..etc".
sorry to hear about your problem, but i never encounter any prob with dr.windsreen (bangi branch). been there twice..very fast n good service. even change my rear windshield less than 2 hrs.
