But then they'd typically say sorry or try to tell you they don't understand you/can't answer. Something like that. Here it seems like they were much more hostile... Of course they may chose to do so, and IMHO it's the TS right to voice it out. Telling their bosses would of course be good, I'm sure their boss won't be happy having lost a customer like that.
