Stop blaming each other. We're here to share. Regardless of 1st post or millionth post, sharing is sharing. Scene could be better explained with picture or some proof though.
The key to business is service. Price is second. Customer should be treated equally, regardless of origin, race and skin color. Regular customer of course get special treatment...lol.
Btw, no disrespect here but many shop owners have the tendency of not entertaining certain type of foreigner simply because...
1. They'll negotiate the price well below cost after the job done.
2. They wanted more works done at much lesser price...etc.
Then again, not all foreigners behave that way. Most of those I met to are good people. Same goes to shop's branch mentioned by TS. Not all Dr.Windscreen are bad. But if you dump a rotten apple into a bucket of fresh apple, the rest will become rotten in no time.
Living in a multi-racial country needs compromise. Let all learn from experience.
