To my amaze I took some Youtube video checkings, my own iPad Mini can't sustain a little bit of water which it fell to a small bucket. I took it out and I didn't know my entire system shutdown! What happened? Anything to help? This sucks cause I was thinking it at least have some water resistance.

You should read the specs next time before you buy a gadget. Apple warranty will not cover water damage, therefore I assumed your iPad mini's warranty will be voided once you send it to the Apple Service Centre, I suggest you sent it to some respective 3rd party idevices repair centre which you can simply googled. To be an effective care center, you need to adapt to many places. Indeed, I called Apple Care and their curious on Switch's feedback now.
