i'm using a corsair HX650 Power Supply in a cooler master elite 430 casing and found out that the back panel does not have enough space for cable management, any recommendations or solutions? cry.gif

You can refer Cable Management Thread there and find any sample. Btw, Elite 430 is known for hardest to do the cable management.

+1, lotsa ppl complained about this way back when it was launched, but there is still hope, it's not necessary to route everything to the back, some can be placed at the HDD cages

This is what I did to my previous elite 430. What u need to do is to first route all the cables to the back of the HDD cages. There is some room just underneath the 5.25 drive bays, try to hide all your cable there.

Then only twist out the required pins and plug them, so most of the cable will be able hide behind the HDD cages.

Do use alot of cable tie smile.gif

After you close the side panel, the result is quite satisfied.

Another problem with the 430 is cleaning..lost of tight spaces..unless you use a compressed air blower..

All chassis suffer from this to an extent, budget friendly chassis suffer more due to the absence of dust filters, compressed air blower is one way to address this but the best is dismantle and wipe each component till clean wink.gif

I agree..im also using the 430 due to the fact its low costing and small as compared to full towers..i also installed additional 3 fans which ending up speeding up the dust problem.. smile.gif
