downloaded NGO ATi Optimized Driver v1.6.4, installed it, and everything works well. oc my x700 256mb DDR AGP (RV410+rialto) from (400/250) to (450/300).
the readme suggest changing the pci latency of all agp/pci devices from 32 to 64.

Q1: what does this actually do to my gc ?
Q2: izzit gonna damage my gc ?

right now still using 32 latency value, whatever that means. thanx.
