This is, I believe the new property arm of Liew Kee Sin. A lot of SP Setia staff either have already joined or in the midst of joining. He cannot make it too open until he officially leaves SP Setia once his contract expires. Meantime they are aggressively acquiring land banks and many are very huge one to develop into an integrated community like Setia Alam. Their project in Semenyih will also be huge. Their land, I believe is in between SP Setia's 2 pieces of land meant for Ecohill. Worthwhile keeping an eye. Should be launching this year.

No lah fren. I heard he is obliged to serve his contract which will expire sometimes in 2015/16. Knowing Tan Sri, I think he will want to leave a good legacy in SP Setia too. SP Setia current price has already factored in his departure. Te price has dropped since PNB took over.

Managed to call their EcoWorld office to check. Their advertisement board now up in Batu Caves and Selayang area. Show house will be ready in end of Sept. Indicative price RM500k for a 900sqft unit (around 550 psqft). Hopefully there will be rebate/discount for early bird.

The brand name ECO is the brainchild of Tan Sri in SP Setia. He is not only going to match SP Setia, he must make sure Ecoworld performs better than SP Setia. anyone can try going that direction from KL..jam could go as far from duta roundabout till there especially on weekend doh.gif

Heard from the radio about this project. Browsed their webpage, but not much info inside. Called the developer and was told there will be a official viewing tomorrow. 860sf(?!) onwards, RM600k - 3% early bird rebate. Base on this info, psf about RM678.

Yup. SP Staff told me once. 2255 = 100%. Multiply any combination of double 2 and double 5 will end up to be 100 . means giving 100% smile.gif

Went to the showroom. Full of people there but only 20% reserved on 12pm. Worst part is I cannot get any info neither price and a piece of paper for all the units. The reason is maximum queue number reach.

My goodness, that's why only >20% sold.

Sold out or not they still have to provide basic information for customer who come all the way to the showroom.

Thus, the sold out chart was not fully sold and only 20% stated as reserved.

If they limit number of buyers then don't open to public.

Be frank, the limited land will not give advantages to the future development compare to other sp setia projects where they have huge land to develop the area.

They are famous on that right? But how they do that in these small land?

I dont believe they could have gotten the huge tracts of land without government support. The tan sri knew what was coming all along imo.

SP Setia and EcoWorld comes from different background.

One has been well established, another one is building up its empire now.

I believe if all their project pull off well, it will be ahead of SP Setia in the next 5-10 Years.
