i dunno how to start but start with this...i meet cienaz 2 days ago...his real name was Rizal hp no 0192464748 regarding the take out from factory w810i..i bought at him for rm1000 cod at shah alam..nice person..talk fluently and nice...belanja me value meal at mcd seksyen 3,shah alam...
he ask me that he have more w810i...and ask me to sell in the forum...ask i ptthe price for rm1299 and best price i give to the forumer rm1250...and i i will get commision for rm250...

just now i make arrangment to meet him and wanted to buy 2 set...one is for mike and one is for chan from serdang...before that i already bank in money for 1 set and ask him to send to mike..then he said ok..as i trust him as a good guy..he say no worries coz he didn't ffk people..

he promise to come at 9pm at serdang toll..waiting so long till 11 then he sms me he at klia cargo to take the set..till now i still waiting for him...as i call/sms his hp he never pickup and reply my sms...i know your wira plat no WFW 867..please contact me if u don't want something bad happen to you...coz i'm holding others forumer money as i is the middle man...

there will be no gangsterism or legal cases as the money does not justify the actions. but mind you, every dollar is blood money.

yes, after thursday, i will lodge a police report, with his name, address, fathers name, bank account etc etc. then, with permission of the mods, i will scan a copy and attach here. i also try to get his photo from government officials.

in such event, it is a matter of time before police is connected to him, via immigration, jpj, IC, banking or any other official registration matters.

1. he received my money and DID NOT deliver as promised.
2. he claimed kena "conned" but nothing concerns this sale.
3. it is the typical greed, after seeing money into his bank, just never
reply further sms and calls.
4. disappear totally, by altering and closed all his posts
5. cant be contacted via sms or phone calls since the sane day of
transaction.

i am a careful buyer/seller. i always honoured my clients' requests, times and times again, even if i have to bear the losses.

but i betted on these when money was banked in: -

1. his words on last friday (28/40) ... "after my prayer then i send to you ..." i always believe that a person whom goes for prayer can be trusted because i have greatest respect for all religions and gods

2. we have pm each other many many times to nego for many other phones, plus, he has COD with many others here. i have even checked with some of his presious buyers b4 bank0in.

too bad, i am defeated by that greed.

but, i will do my part.

I guess the only nice way out now is for tobyct to break his silence and justify his actions.

already 12 days.

got all details through network provider, maybank, and 1 local and 1 national authorities.

the authorities advised not to reveal his full identity for some obvious reasons.

also, there are at least 3 cases of his ffk to lyn buyers. just wish these buyers came forward earlier to warn me ...... sighz. thanks anyway for the concern.
