Vtec(ROCK) is not a good trader, i have some bad experience trading with him. just like you, after bank-in, wait about a weeks, then he when missing for a month, then blamming his brother for not sent it the item for him, then went missing again and lastly said the item has been sent but didn't arrive until now. Ask for refund, seem so stobburn to refund until lastly agreed to refund 60% but never refund.

You have force him to use poslaju or better courier, in my case he used pos biasa and the item never arrive. and when i ask for my address if he wrote the wrong add, he failed to do so.
