Hi guys, I have this 1Malaysia netbook branded with iDola. I want to open it up to see if there is any possibilities to upgrade it. After some googling I found the link the below, but I only manage to remove the keyboard and I can't find any screws beneath it(picture attached). Anyone knows how to open it up?

Have you tried removing the rubber pad at the bottom of the laptop?

Chances are, the screws may be located after peeling them off.

it is most probably of the same build as the early hp netbook.

if it is, you need to snap it open with a flat screwdriver.

I dont think so, the structure is totally different with the old hp netbook, looks more like the new netbook style.

Ya, different. The whole bottom of the netbook is a whole structure, it doesn't have a "cover" at the bottom like the hp mini.

After trying a few round, it is just like you said, have to snap open just like the old hp mini. Thanks for your advice. smile.gif

Just remove the rubber paddings at the 4 corners should reveal the screws
