Ya, probably, I deactivate already. Mine not really lag, but sometimes after a day or 2 usage, it will behave a bit lag in launcher app.

So I try disable see how.

Just trying the camera port, nothing much cool on the new camera apps. Actually disappointment on Sony new idea camera and feature.
Interface too cartoon and new feature beside time shift is cool, the rest is old or boring.

I don't have the issue you mention. Probably your sim card issue.

I know that, I mean the camera new interface issue, certain part even current one much user friendly. Also the features don't have enough wow factor on it.

Now v3 is working, just sometimes only still FC when using Superior Auto, but not frequent.


Default already semi transparent but working under default launcher only.

Suggest you do factory reset as seems not much facing this problem. I never have this issue before in leak .407 or official .423

Having FUN with Honami Camera in Sony Xperia Z.

Honami Camera Features:


All Functions of Honami Camera - Superior auto, Manual, Time shift, Picture effect, Sweep Panorama, Info-eye & AR effect.


Superior auto - same operate as current Xperia Z camera.


Manual - shortcut to set exposure & white balance.


Time Shift - this function is cool to play and select best moment, you can re-select back anytime you want. It once snap capture 60 photos instant, too bad the quality is pretty low, only 720p resolution under Xperia Z.


AR effect - this feature let you add-in 3D object in your snap picture, this feature is for kids in my opinion. Resolution capture at 1080p under Xperia Z.


Sweep Panorama - same as Xperia Z camera.


Picture effect - same as Xperia Z camera.






Info-eye - capture and search information for the object/scenery, never save actual result in phone, the only way to keep it is direct transfer to email/facebook/twitter and etc, resolution around 1080p

Pros
- Extreme fast focusing.
- Support Image Stabilize.
- FUN feature.

Cons
- Cannot preset extra shortcut in any mode.
- SCN mode is completely gone, only available in Video.
- Superior auto mode direct fixed resolution at wide mode, 9MP for Xperia Z, cannot change by yourself.
- Time Shift is cool but resolution too low.
- AR effect is for kids, lame feature.
- Info-eye, not really working, not powerful enough, I try snap few sample Eiffel Tower, only two extreme bright clear one can recognize.

Ya, I quite like SCN mode, it shall be remain lo, even though the superior mode seems quite ok outdoor, I not sure how the result in indoor or night time.

Manual copy all apk to system/apps, remember set correct permission & restart the phone.

Some tips to prevent total NO FC
- Open the camera only via lockscreen if you want to use Superior auto.
- Open others mode inside app drawer, set Manual as default.

I use CWM recovery for lock bootloader now as the dual recovery never success and I give up already.

Here sample snap indoor & dark area using Honami camera, I find the noise control actually is better.

Oh, then I stick with one CWM recovery only.

No different for me, haha!

Just TWRP is touch screen where CWM is old method cannot touch.

I never use backup of recovery, so no my business. haha!

All LCD is TFT, even IPS is TFT, this new Z Ultra, Sony only mention is Triluminos TFT, is it IPS? no idea, know is it got good viewing angle. Confirm different type of panel, viewing angle is not possible can be fix by software render, it may slightly enhance it but not possible extreme change over it.

For me, X-Reality had better color output than Bravia 2, look much life like, not that crazy saturation. But that mod X-Reality is slowly (slow motion) enhance the photo, so you can actually see the changes.

Z screen is good as long as don't side look lo.

Tablet Z is much much much awesome.

If Z Ultra already use great panel, believe all will be great in future.

Me either, I dunno what is Nandroid... Hahaha!

If something wrong, (do happen before la), redo la, it not take a lot of time.

Finally, now my Xperia Z complete with Honami look.

Yup, required Root & Deoxeded ROM.


Now display full, but in smaller size, look still ok and tidy.
