Oh! flickering? I not sure, I think not, I never use that high, it look too bright for me, hurt eye.

I only set around 45% and adapt to lighting conditions.

I bought many things oversea for own usage none of then kena tax, I think you just buy 1 or 2 for own usage should be no problem, unless it's illegal item. Sometimes they were too lazy to tax you for just 1 item, not reasonable too

Oh, then I no idea, you can try Flash Tools, erase data or not, no idea.

As I always restore TA to re-locked back and it never wipe.

You never backup your TA partition before, no need re-locked la, no point re-locked back already, as it is same.

I download that as I want deoxeded ROM, I lazy deoxeded myself, I already know how and try before, damn slow the process.

External SD card.

Flash the rom and just after without rebooting the Dual Recovery Flashable zip. - I think need! CRAP, I forgot do this, now I keep fail flash the recovery even direct from PC.

Problem solved, I use krabappel2548 version http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2187363

[NUT] version often here and there buggy sometimes.

OMG! The Honami - Xperia i1 launcher is damn smooth! Far better than Z origin, the add widgets part now can scroll extremely smooth.
