i got a total of 308 apps now.. (i dont know which to disable)
never install any game at all.. just my usual apps when i used to use it on my s2 (pure AOSP as well)
it was only about 193-196 apps..

now i have over 300++

How bout the camera improvement on 4.2.2 ZL???

i can tell you i dont install stuff i dont use.
and i dont have games.

i am not a first time android user. i know how it works..
but i am a first time sony user so i dont dare to mess with the system that much for now.. thats why i kept asking about sony's android version related questions..

im using .253 stock rooted. and it has 308 apps for now.

my app drawer has only 3 pages with a 5x6 grid.

30 + 30 + 15 = about 75 apps installed only. (some are even from sony itself.. albums, movies, etc)

hmm.. okay. never really needed TB while on my s2.

really want to unlock the bootloader but since its only week 2. dont dare to risk it yet
later 1 month of usage then phone die for no reason due to faulty set..

with 1 mbps speed of internet i think at least need around 2 and a half hours to compete the download.. haha.. u need some time.. hope can see ur comparison too as well on tmr.. temporary, i like jb 4.2.2 in xzl.. smooth.. battery have 6 hours 33 minutes now, still got 53%. with 3G, wifi , gps on all day.. SOT 1 hour 32minutes.. battery life should be same as previous..

might be.. better have a stable firmware rather than full of bugs and need wait for further update.. i think soon for XZ too.. since they are testing firmware now by region and telco.. global will faster since Msia didnt add on any apps or what.. very fast..

haha.. good.. i have no any intention to root or flash any mods.. everything keep in original condition. previously play much about root, flash rom, flash mods.. due to limitation of hardware and wishing to get better performance.. now almost everything on top condition..    daily use and some time share share some apps and photos here..

i'm all the ways go for Sony from secondary school K700i>W810i>SE Satio>SE Xperia Neo>SOLA>ZL.
reason to choose sony:
1. Price (jumping faster from RRP to market price) i'm student in UUM. Ptptn + part time event job to earn money.
2. Competitive between Sony & others. e.g. yea Samsung is good (only for high end devices, mid, low range, SONY win in term of hardware specs)
3. Design. Just special. I took my ZL go out, people was impressed with it. they dont know SONY got such phone. just know Sxxxxxx.

For me, i will choose the best price for best hardware. Samsung Marketing done very well. Almost wash brain. People will only lookking for Samsung when they going to buy phone. My friends, all samsung fans. After ask my opinion and listen to me, now everyone become Sony users.. LOL..

I got Bravia engine, Customised Walkman for Sony, Good design of phone, Custom UI by Sony, Simple to use, reasonable price. SOny might not the top phone. but it's not worst as people thought.

My opinion, low,mid end phone must go for SONY.. Very low and reasonable price for those hardware.
High end phone. Depend on users.. each flagship have their own adv and disadv..

haha.. but all of these is depend on user preference.. i do got friends still very prefer to S4. He never use any smartphone before.. but gonna buy one soon after our final exam. He feel S4 is great from the S4 Promotion Video. WHich got a lot of functional features, air view, hovering, eyes, smart pause.. and saw many guys using S4 now..

i got nothing to critics on galaxy S series and note series.. Samsung really done well on these.. but got some personal opinion on S4 which consume too many RAM ady with those features. New set open from sealed box, boot up and u will see system running 1gb out of 1.8gb RAM. wow.. confirm run out of battery..

Nvm, i do own my Sony device and i still impress my friends with the photos im captured. People are still thinking Sony are still using the old charging port which is SE century one.. 2 heads and got a lot of gold chip in center.

hmm.. too many type of S4 is coming out.. ya.. i think the S4 sales not very good as S3. at least in msia. we can know it from the market price. XZ still around rm1850-1899 (Rm300 off from RRP). HTC One around 2050-2099 (Rm200 off from RRP). S4 Octa 1799-1849 (Rm350 off from RRP). same as LTE do RM300 off from RRP.

this is horrible for Samsung in Msia. Just launched for 2months+ as flagship. Sony launched for 3months + also didnt jump so deep..

Maybe it's strategy to protect coming other S4 models in Msia. LOL..

One thing about RAM usage, it's not the amount of RAM that is used that causes the slowdowns in the Galaxy series. It's the services that are running i.e. the Air Gestures etc that slows it down considerably.

In Linux, free RAM is generally wasted RAM.

But miss screen shoot using power button. Before this,easy to take screen shoot.

right.. smooth.. no significant lag in homescreen, app drawer.. im not sure about leaks rom for Z. but for ZL official rom, just GOOD~ that's it.
