Masahiro Inoue (Tsukasa Kadoya / Kamen Rider Decade) will be returning in Zi-O‘s Ghost arc, and will continue to appear beyond that point. The Time Jackers have called upon Decade, who calls himself the Destroyer of Everything, and the man who will change history.

Originally transforming into Riders from Kuuga to Kiva, Decade’s arsenal has been updated with everyone up to Build, bringing him up to date with all of the heroes that have appeared since his own series ended – he will have KamenRide and Final AttackRide cards for each of them.
