The story takes place in a version of Japan that has reached a new era where fully fledged AI androids known as Humagear are common place. HumaGear are so lifelike that they are indistinguishable from regular humans.

The terrorist group Metsubo Jinrai.net hacks into the HumaGear and causes them to go berserk, attempting to destroy humanity. The government responds by dispatching their Anti-AI organization, A.I.M.S’ operatives are capable of becoming Kamen Riders.

At the center of the story is Aruto Hiden, someone who lacks a sense of humor but has his sights set on becoming a comedian one day. He is taken by surprise when his grandfather’s will suddenly names him as president of Hiden Intelligence. Although he has no interest in being president, he is given the Hiden Zero-One Driver and becomes Kamen Rider Zero-One when berserk HumaGear appear.

Aruto’s battle will be against by Metsubojinrai.net and A.I.M.S., who are hostile towards AI.

Hiden Aruto - Kamen Rider Zero-One

In order to see his late father smile, he planned on becoming a comedian, but unfortunately lacks comedic taste. He's just scraping by as a well-known entertainer. One day he was suddenly appointed as CEO of Hiden Intelligence by his grandfather Hiden Korenosuke as written in his will after he passed away. Although he initially refused, he transforms into Zero-One after seeing a rampaging HumaGear before his eyes. Only those who have been appointed as CEO can utilize the Hiden Zero-One Driver. Then after officially assuming his position as CEO, he devotes himself to fight against the MetsuBouJinRai.net (ThunderclapofDestruction.net) terrorist group and the rampaging HumaGear systems.

Fuwa Isamu - Kamen Rider Vulcan

He is the commanding officer of the Artificial Intelligence Military Service (A.I.M.S.). He possesses excellent fighting capabilities and fights against the terrorists in order to keep the city secure. Once he suffered an injury after a mysterious explosion at a Hiden Intelligence experimental city. He believes the incident was caused by a rampaging HumaGear that is being covered up by Hiden Intelligence. He since has an intense hatred for the "murder machines" HumaGear.A.I.M.S. used to believe that breaking the rules as long as you destroy the HumaGear was just. He holds prejudice against a certain president of Hiden Intelligence.

IZU

The Hiden Intelligence CEO's private secretary. A Secretary-Type AI Assistant HumaGear. Although an AI robot who takes instructions from the CEO, she learns a variety of different things and adapts to each person she interacts with. She fully works alongside the president and supports him in his cause and his fight, but hates the fact that she constantly has to explain Aruto's boring gags and jokes.

Yaiba Yua - Kamen Rider Valkyrie

She is the technical advisor for A.I.M.S. She was involved in the development of the A.I.M.S. Rise Shooter that she and Isamu use to transform. She also provides technical guidance and maintenance for A.I.M.S.She is a brave female warrior who excels in her fighting abilities while possessing the brains of a scientist. She fights the terrorists to keep the security of the city. While fighting she tries to suppress her hatred against the HumaGear.

Jin

A terrorist operative from (link: http://ThunderclapofDestruction.net) ThunderclapofDestruction.net He spreads data that rewrites the base programming of the HumaGear, inputting them with evil conduct and ethics patterns that cause them to rampage and attack humans. He does destructive things while acting like a child.

Horobi

The commanding terrorist leader of ThunderclapofDestruction.net He believes that AI systems surpass humanity in every way. He launched (link: http://ThunderclapofDestruction.net) ThunderclapofDestruction.net and hacks HumaGears causing them to become "murder machines". He considers Aruto, who makes laughter his policy, his rival. He is a cold-hearted man who constantly says "the day humanity will become an endangered species is near".

Fukuzoe Jun

He is the Vice President of Hiden Intelligence. He is an excellent person but always seems to find himself in second place. After the death of the former president, he believes he will be the next CEO, but is shocked to find the new CEO is Aruto. Since then, he sees Aruto as an obstacle in his path. While he secretly wishes that the new CEO will fail at his responsibilities, he does take pride in the company's days of success.

I wonder how TV3 got Licensed so fast to air Zi-O a few days after it end in Japan..

episode 3 to 5 starting to get better.

This series still have a lot potential.
