First 4 episode intro 5 kamen rider with 2 forms (level 1 and level 2), 5 to 8 will be upgrade version (level 3) and then 9 will be level5..

Second rider will normally get 2~3 upgrades while 3rd rider 1 upgrade.
So Taiga should be stuck at lv50.
But with Graphite return, so either got new upgrade or Taiga might die.. Else lv50 defeating graphite seen not so epic.

Kamen rider has been about selling toys.
Since Decade, the amount of toys keep getting more.
As long as the sale of toys is good = no problem with the show.
And its still back to choice of tone.
I like the currently kamen rider for lighter story and some twist in the show (beside ghost, that sucks)

If u like more dark and gore, at least there is still Amazon.
