Come to think of it, Yggdrasill is pretty fcked up. They test the Invess transformation on human subjects and have the Riders kill them without knowing they are human. The Sengoku Riders are not just guinea pigs to test the prototype driver, but also unwilling sweepers to clean up the mess Yggdrasills have done.

This episode kinda reminds of Star Wars: A New Hope
 Based on the summary of the next episode, Zangetsu will recruit Ryugen to join Yggdrasill so now they have all the Riders on their side except for Gaim and Baron |
