downhill is expected for a year series as long as they not making stupid joke as filler. Producer is Naomi Takebe.. I know she also has serious problem with her direction, since she already familiar with previous heisei rider pre-Kiva and OOO.. At last. A new fresh phantom is about to be born (based on the jikai yokoku). And the bicycle is not actually a joke but still, the plot is kind of a filler for quite a time... and suddenly it accelerates.
