Early Heisei's approach on rider's individual agenda is more realistic than Showa's approach of bugs eyes superhuman group up together to fight evil.

Amazonz Riders are still Amazonz. If one goes berserk, the rest need to take him out. Haruka wants a hero of justice approach by protecting both Amazonz and humans. Jin think that's nonsense and unrealistic, assuming the Ghost Rider role. Chihiro is already like Mamoru, he already killed people in Amazonz form, and going to do the same again in Rider form next week. Another thing about Chihiro is that he never fought to protect anyone except for himself and Iyu.

Damnit Tachibana installed a kill system on Iyu to induced pain and trigger PTSD on her, to mindbreak her. Chihiro made a mistake not to kill him last time.
