Ryoma starts a surgery on Mai to try and take out the Golden Fruit. To get rid of Kouta, Micchi obtains the Yomi Lockseed that was initially sealed away because of its dangerous potential. 'Once you taste the fruit you cannot come back to the living world', the lockseed absorbs the user's life energy to make them immensely powerful.

By wearing the Genesis Driver and using the Lockseed so far, Kaito has managed to suppress the venom, however it is still invading his body slowly. Kaito takes a fruit as he was fighting, and he has a resolution...?

As Ryoma and Micchi are about to start the operation, Sagara appears in front of them and tells them the truth. Also, there is still a hidden ability within the Genesis Driver...?
