I mistaken Tachibana for Iyu's dad last episode.

Damnit Tachibana installed a kill system on Iyu to induced pain and trigger PTSD on her, to mindbreak her. Chihiro made a mistake not to kill him last time.

Chihiro actually felt responsible for what happened to the infected 4C member.

After the whole ordeal, Hiroki still there to help Chihiro and Iyu....the guy is bro.

Kanou is the one that got ripped in 2, Tachibana suffered fractures on the backbones

Any person that comes in direct contact or injured by Chihiro or Nanaha have a high risk of being infected, Misaki and Shidou was injured by Nanaha's tentacle so there is a possibility now.........

Summary of the whole episode (40 minutes long):
- Chihiro wants to fix Iyu by threatening Tachibana ; heads to 4C HQ.
- Old team hunts down Mamoru but not willing to kill him, even Fuku got emotional and said finding the original source is the reason for stopping Mamoru, not for revenge ; Mamoru cant handle the emotional atmosphere and took a bite at Misaki (again), he regrets and ran off.
- Jin face to face with Nanaha, but got defeated fast.
- Mamoru interupts the fight by fighting Jin and protect Nanaha.
- Old team tries to take out Nanaha but got injured fast.
- Old team gattai to backup Fuku for him to shoot high pressure round on Nanaha ; Mamoru took the bullet to protect Nanaha and dies
- Jin managed to talk to Nanaha, Nanaha told Jin to be a good father in his own way.
- Nanaha still somehow got hit by the high pressure round but protects Jin from getting injured.
- Chihiro fights against 4C and Haruka ; Omega was able to kick Neo's ass despite having an inferior belt.
- Reika and crazy old man appear to watch the fight ; they pissed Kurosaki off by saying what they are doing now is pointless.
- Iyu collapse as she is unable to handle the pain anymore
- Hiroki tries to stop Kurosaki from harming Chihiro and Iyu ; both escape
- Reika insist Mizuki not to kill Haruka, but got told off instead so she now lost both her son and daughter.
- Chihiro spends time with Iyu since she regained memories partially ; he tries to relive her memories by singing her favorite song.
- Haruka came to apologise but still insist he got to stop Chihiro since he cannot fully control his power.
- Jin came to apologise as well and take the blame for what happened to Chihiro and Iyu.
- Chihiro insist on living so he fights ; Jin notes that his behavior is like Nanaha so he's proud of his son.
- After 5 years, Omega and Alpha finally team up again ; the fight was not shown.
- After the fight Mizuki appears infront of Haruka wanting to end the whole Amazon incident, Haruka insist on letting Mizuki to kill him but she couldn't kill her little brother and tell him to live and survive.
- Jin was heavily injured but still head out to hunt remaining Amazons.
- 2 armlets was placed inside the storeroom where Nanaha's drawing is depicted (it's either Chihiro is dead or he managed to survive and took off his armlet).
- Kurosaki decided to retire from this crazy work.
- Hiroki goes back to high school.
- Tachibana plans mass Sigma Project.

also i don't think Chihiro will survive because he already don't have the target to live on. his mom and "dead" lover is dead...
