Previously, they nerfed all the Energy Twister Rune except for Storm Chaser(i think it was an "opps" on blizzard's part hehe). It was still having 0.5 proc instead of 0.125 Didnt spend to buy new gear already. waiting for itemization patch and praying to the Gods of RNG.
