Hi, im thinking of buying hijauan heights phase 2.
Do u think its recomendable to buy?
I still have some doubt on the developer.

if based on phase 1 developements..it looks good..but I cant promise for phase 2..but I think its gonna be alright..

i am phase 1 buyer.

where is the phase2 gonna be located at?
seems no empty area around phase 1 already.

They told me that it will just right beside the phase 1.
But i tried to ask bout the developer with the banks, but their reply is not so good.
And i cant get much informations about the developer in the internet.

Yup, the developer is still new, they have only 1 project before, but most of the developer in bangi are not so famous, only in recent years come a big developer such as Mahsing n nadayu..

As u can see in sg tangkas the villa tropika, green villa, and all not from a famous developer..so its more on a gamble for me to bought hijauan heights..but now I see the progress is quite good..I have pay 60% progress fees, and BLock C is almost finish..hope its end smoothly..this is the only apartment with swimming pool in bangi..and its far more cheaper n nearer to universities compare to southville..so hope it'll be good..

Actually i'm a 1st home buyer, looking for a new house to stay. But my concern is since it's a serviced apartment, is there any problem or difference compared to usual residential status?

AFAIK, the only differences are higher quit rent and higher maintenance fee. Or any other points that you guys mind to share?

the main entrance there is quite jammed packed during peak hours. the entrance also for the I&P housing residences and GMI students, so u can imagine the congestion.

im stay at taman tropika 2, and i also real estate negotiator. hijauan height almost complete right now. look from outside only.

Hijauan Heights is almost completed. Just wait for VP but not sure when. I am one of the buyers. Anyone knows when we will receive the keys?

Just finished renovation on this newly VP Apartment WITH CONDO FACILITIES which is located on hilltop near KTM Station Bangi..happy with the workmanship although not 100% perfect..but still with the price at this location, I am a very happy and satisfied owner
