Bodybuilding Bodybuilding diet meal plan, seek for advise about my diet plan

Getting Started

|
Good day all, i join bodybuilding program quite some time, but the result did not satisfied me coz i don't have proper diet meal plan, now i plan to have a diet meal and this is what i thought:
Breakfast (7am) 6 eggs without yellow, oat meal
Pre-workout (half hour b4 11am) 2 bananas
Work-out (11am) water
Post-workout (instantly) protein shake
Lunch (2pm, half hour after workout) macaroni with tomato sauce+ chicken breast+ milk
Dinner (7pm) macaroni+ chicken breast (lunch leftover)
Snack (10pm) protein shake
Guys, i need your advise...TQVM

Do you have high cholesterol problems? If not then why no yolks to go with the egg whites? It's ridiculous to do that.
