MBTC was formed in January 2008 and received its Charter from Toastmasters International on 1 June 2008. MBTC is the first and only bilingual (English and Chinese) club in the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.

MEETING INFORMATION
Date: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. Meetings on the 1st Tuesdays will be conducted in English whereas Chinese will be used on the 3rd Tuesdays

Time: 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. (Registration starts at 7.00 p.m.)

Venue : Level 2, Wisma Women's Institute of Management, 7 Jalan Abang Haji Openg, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Gate Fee: RM 10 per person
