Magnus lvl 1 RP - 50 damage only?

You gonna be kidding me~ A normal attack deal more damage than that.

yup ...in before so imba...one of the first hero to be banned...i wonder will they even bother to pick magnus now

take it or leave it . valve doing good job balancing all the hero .. this is the part of the portion only! there still yet to come, all hero havent add in . u guys just wait lol .

is not like nobody going to pick magnus , like i said ... Drow too imba so they nerf it ... and so was magnus .

for some reason, i felt i need to answer this.

50 damage isnt that big deal actually. u want rp for crowd control not the damage.

at lvl 16 its 200 instead of 300 which is 33% lower.

this wont effect magnus credibility in pro games.

want more explanation? check out jakiro ice path ds vacuum and tauren chieftain aoe control.

all dont have a significant damage but how it effect the game is huge.

I think Doom is better now due to the fact it blocks Feast, Backtrack, Dispersion, Juxtapose, Bristleback and Blood Bath. The aghanim rework is okay but not that any significant. Most of time if you combo your skills to doomed hero, 90% chance he's gonna die anyway.

BS is more bs. Ult goes through BKB and bloodrage can dispel ethereal heroes. You can only escape through tp now until he gets his basher.
Omniknight is kinda ridiculous with its ult becoming global and affecting buildings. I think we're gonna see aghanim rush on him more often

Yeah. I agree with you for some points. As an initiator, the skill might not need much damage.

lvl1 -66% dmg, lvl2 -55% dmg, lvl3 -33% dmg

Since the damage has been lowered. Does he still worth to go for a refresher orb? or better go for some damage items to increase for his dmg.

And i don't think we should compare with those heroes normal skills you have mentioned with an ultimate which needs a 120-100 cool down time. Anyway, i think RP is still better than Black Hole. tongue.gif

Didn't get the chance to play with the new map yet. Will try it out and see how it really works. Good to have so much changes to make the game more balanced.

IMO Refresher for sure. AOE CC like that is always good, even if 0 damage.

haha, if u dont want to compare with those hero, how about enigma, and treant, both aoe crowd control, and no noticeable damage. magnus still need to go for RO, why bother damage item, when u got ur team to deal it for u. in a hectic team war, aoe stun is much more important than damage output. 2x aoe stun for double period is much better than an extra 120 damage u get when buying damage item deal over 1 ulti period

remember, dota is a team game.

Ursa fury swipe from 6s to 15s i think is too much. 10s ok, but to more than double the cool down is a little too much.
