Sometime we can figure out who's telling the truth and who's just bullshit here, who's investor down camp, who's homeless down camp and who's missed the boat down camp, just from all their comments, the more he comment, the easiest to figure out.

Just 2 simple example, Usually a person always calculate the 鸡仔数, we can figure out which income group he belongs to, usually people worry too much about the 20-30 years loan repayment, we can also figure out he's not used to purchase property.

As a person from poor family, from nothing to have something, from 1st time purchase till now keep investing, we have experience those feeling and thinking.

To figure out mr debt is one of the example, and now he's hiding, but he's actually smart, but only book smart.

I have no time to comment on Rooney's statement about the mrt and lrt week ago, I'm totally disagree as nowadays many different income group are willing to take lrt to work or shopping, and it's true that our lrt have limitation to benefit the public but those living nearby lrt station will definitely enjoy it, I agreed that Malaysian are used to drive but we can also take lrt when necessary as an option, from business point of view, public transport company won't expect the profit margin from you as full time customer, same as paparich won't expect u 365 days have lunch & dinner with them.

I don't take lrt to work but I used to take lrt to visit my dentist at UOA bangsar, shopping at pavilion, PWTC etc. nowadays many people willing to park their car at lrt station and take lrt to office just bcos to avoid traffic jam, don't tell me that people living 200-300 meter away from the station don't enjoy it, Vincent Tan was trying hard to get the monorail station just in front of time square, the cronies have bought the BB plaza building also bcos the mrt station infront of it.

Maybe the mrt might take to long to prove it, but you can survey from the existing lrt, or maybe the 2 line extension to putra height can prove it since it will materialize not too long from now.

Yours is special case, need lrt to start operate 4am and close 1am, not many countries can do so, need to drive and park the car at lrt station means that not walking distance.

Trust me, the mrt from kajang to Sg buloh will definitely benefit many people from kajang, Cheras till Sg buloh, since they have non so far.

It will definitely not benefit to all, as I said before, paparich doesn't need u to fully support them in 365 days

Good investor or businessman always calculate their fundamentals. ALWAYS.

Whether its USA, Warren Buffet at 80 years old still does his step-by-step calculations on paper to calculate intrinsic value of a company before he buy any shares.
Or Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong from Malaysia before he died when interviewed at 70 years old still calculated every month how much a average visitor at Genting Highland will spend.
All these figures are so old already and can pass this job to their staff and just enjoy retirement but they still do everything themselves.

But Super Duper Investor sei ling chat telling people - "don't worry so much about the repayment calculation, cos you not used to purchase property".

Example:

Year jan 2008 bought house 250k --->Year Jan 2011 sold house 450k                                  = Profit 150K
