i'm pretty sure it won't have much impact, most probably may not see the impact at all, so far the most effective measures was 70% loan margin and 15% RPGT for the 1st 2 years, but market still growing, people still buy with 70% loan margin, although the DIBS been removed, it won't impact much too. i have to agree with AVFAN, RPGT back to 30% if they seriously want to curb speculation, and they're not ready for that now.
