Property in U.S, Britain and Spain, and U.S., U.K. and Brazil stocks.

If you can't invest outside the country, keeping cash is not a bad idea. If MYR continue to come under pressure, BNM may need to rise BLR or banks statutory reserve. Many if not most flippers could not service loan installment if interest increased by more than 2%.

Honestly, have you invest in US, Britain, Spain, UK or Brazil? Please share you real-time experience with us here whether fr ddd or uuu camp. notworthy.gif

He has a very simple mentality. If you are not knowledgable enough in the field, it is better to stay away. Don't take action --> safe. Take action --> risky because of uncertainty

When a person does not understand a subject, he will be afraid of head and afraid of tail. When a person have knowledge on a subject, he can take calculated risk to invest

It is better for him not to invest because he is not confident of himself in the field of investment. Very wise move for him  thumbup.gif

Having half knowledge could be as bad if not worst than not knowledgeable.

I disagree this statement......
To me..... Half knowledge is worst than no knowledge...... Because most half knowledge ppl thinks tat they hav the full knowledge!

He is replying to me. He usually reply with 1 sentence which cause people to double guess what he wanted to say. Typical of people who is lack of confidence.

What he wanted to say is he thinks I am half knowledgable. While he admits he is not knowledgable at all, which is as bad, or better than me laugh.gif

Just wonder why are we concern with a person who is not confident of what he says, and admits he has no knowledge at all of the subject matter rclxms.gif notworthy.gif

There is once ppl are debating and talking about GOLD replacing Currency Value. Now talking about investing in other countries when yourself do not even know well about your own country... Speechless to be honest.

Never knew property talk would turn out to be an investment channel. In LYN we have separate sub-forum for the specific investment channel. Please click on them and discuss them there la instead of property channel.

The concern for folks in this section isn't about stock market in US, BRAZIL, NEVADA or whatsoever.. It's more towards the sustainability of our market at the current situation.
