I just did successfully how to install apps/game on My ipad 4, 6.1.3 and no jailbreak yet.
Now i just write and show u the way...I will try to update this topic tomorrow night, i will post my way...
anybody keep up with this topic...I will bring more surprise to Any members in Lowyat...and Maybe the way u save more money and More experience from apple products...
installed successfully " pages", keynotes", quickoffice pro, cut the rope HD, photogene, filterstorm, ....
No need using account or appstore, or US store or Account US.... ( How someone think it's illegal, it's popular in several countries)
apps/ games will download, and using PC and install software on PC and apps/ games sync to ur idevices directly..

Hahaha sorry sorry, I'm not senior. But I guess most of us are using kuaiyong or pp25.
Plug in iPad. Sync with iTunes. Browse apps. Sync and install using PC.
But for me, better get from iOS, if u want multiplayer
and iOS many free apps LOL
