I'm new to eBay.. I'm having 2 issues:

1) buyer does not have a linked paypal account
2) seller is away

With the assumption that you're setting up a new account to shop on ebay.com.my:

1. Buyer does not have a linked PayPal account

eBay is a marketplace where buyers and sellers meet. Sellers get to choose the mode of payment that they want to accept from their customers and PayPal is usually the preferred option as it's safe, reliable and offers protection to both parties. Sometimes, sellers do accept other payment modes such as bank transfer and more, depending on locality.

For buyers who do not have a PayPal account, it is very easy to set one up and it's free. To do so, you can log on to www.paypal.com and register for a new account. When you have a PayPal account, you have two options on how you want to put 'money' into your PayPal account for future transactions. The two options are:

1. Associating your credit card to your PayPal account (there will be a nominal reversible deduction on your credit card for verification purposes only, this amount will be credited back to your account once it's verified).

2. Funding your PayPal account via your banking account.

After that's done, you can then log on to your ebay.com.my account and choose to link your PayPal account to your ebay.com.my account. Doing so will allow you to shop on ebay.com.my and use your PayPal account for the purchases.

The entire setup process takes about 5 minutes.

2. Seller is away

Businesses and just about anyone can sell on ebay.com.my. It becomes their own online business and they can manage their own store 'opening' and 'closing' times.

At ebay.com.my, we encourage sellers to notify customers that they will be 'away' if they are going on vacation or anything similar that will impact their ability to respond, process or deliver to their customers.

By putting up an 'away' sign, potential customers can make informed decisions that the seller may have delays in processing your order or replying your queries during the time period that they are away.

I'm considering on getting a power bank for my Galaxy Note 2. The battery capacity is 3100mAh. What capacity of power bank would you recommend I get? I was thinking of getting the 30,000mAh but is it too large? I'm not a heavy internet user but I do game sometimes and when I do, it eats up battery quite fast. LOL! On average I need to charge the phone at least once a day.

It really depends on your usage and also how long 'in-between' full charges are.

For example, if you are able to at least perform 1 full charge at home per day, this means that you'll probably only need to get enough battery backup for a 10 to 16 hour usage day.

A 30,000mAh power bank is huge and heavy (it has to be!) because of the number of battery cells it has. It's not fun to carry around, but great for traveling or if you're a multi-device user.

In your case, getting a 10,000mAh to 12,000mAh power bank should be enough to back you up when you're low on juice before your next full charge as it should give you 2 to 3 times full charge. Get a reliable power bank and be aware that it should have a 2.1A output port or charging your device will be slow.

No worries, all you need to do is to contact the seller directly using eBay's messaging platform. You should have received an email on your purchase and you should be able to see a "Contact Seller" or "Ask a Question" link in it. You can then provide the seller your complete address.
