he had accident and the other car owner demanded money but the poor old man dont have it ,so got the IC confiscated and got scared . later in the morning some nice person help to guide his father back home.

Those who happen to see my dad or the car please alert the police.

updates:

thanks for all the attention, dad has come home after made to suffer whole night in the cold, because he accidentally knocked another car, his IC confiscated, picture taken as he had no money to pay the RM1000 demanded. A good samaritan showed him the way and he drove the car home just now. thank god.

TS...so glad to hear that your dad is alright? Do you mind telling he bang wat person (etnic)? I recommend you to report 2 seperate police report, 1 on the accident, if your dad still remembers the other party's plate number it would be better. Another report is because someone confiscate his IC and asked him to pay RM1000 for the accident as this is illegal as it is extortion!!! Protect your right to pursue civil legal action to be taken against the other party......no matter how bad your dad bangs the other person, he is insured because your dad's car is suppose to have insurance so he have no right to take action into his own hands. So sad to hear barbaric stories like this in Malaysia....
