Currently my baby is drinking Enfalac A+ step 1 and my baby age is 5.5 months old. Also, I just realize Enfalac A+ step 2 starts at 6 months till 12 months.
Does this mean that my baby have to start to use Enfalac A+ Step 2 once my baby reach 6 months old?? Also, I'm kinda puzzle what's the different between step 1 and step 2 formula milk. Anybody can shed some lights on the differences?
Thanks

Actually you can continue to use step 1 until 1 years old... in fact I use the steps as age... so when age 1... i use step 2... and age 2 change to step 3...
To me it is the affordability... step 1 is so expensive now... that if you can cope... do give step 1... coz usually step 1 has higher and better content that step 2....

nan 1 to nan 2 to nan 3 to nan 4.
price difference between all. unfinished milk drank by me. (dont waste good stuff)
I CAN HONESTLY TELL U NAN 1 NESTLE TASTES LIKE CRAP. I CAN HONESTLY TELL YOU NAN 2 NESTLE TASTE LIKE CRAP but a lot better than NAN 1. I CAN HONESTLY TELL YOU NAN 3 NESTLE DONT TASTE LIKE CRAP and is a hell lot better than NAN 1 & NAN 2.
so yea, the taste changes for NESTLE NAN powders 1-4 whereby the higher the number the better it tastes. sweeter not so but the awful powder strong odor & smell is less.

Thanks UpCar, savien & Aqidah
In a nutshell, step 1 to step 2 means: - cheaper <- I've check the price different and it's about RM 5 - less nutrient <- hmm.. I'll prefer a better nutrient for my baby - better taste <- headache... Not sure good or not if the milk is sweeter, but definitely prefer baby to enjoy drinking the milk

Dont worry bout taste so much... but do worry if it is sweet... you wouldnt want your baby to have a sweet tooth when they are so young...

Hi, I have 2 sons that is 1 1/2 year apart. I use the same milk for them regardless their age. But I notice that when the younger one drinks the elder's milk, his stool is a bit harder. When that happens...you need to buy the correct formula. Meaning step 2 to step 1 back.
Monitor the stool. (An advice from a trusted nurse)

Anybody can shed some lights on the differences? Thanks believe it is just a matter of nutrient balance and digestibility of the milk. By 6 months u should be introducing solid food as well so the baby should eat a bit less milk, even less on step 3. Plus, sometimes newborn have colic and belly problems so some step 1 milk are made to help digestion as well.

so im using Enfalac Step 1 for my baby as well, and if you guys notice now they have the MFGM complex. this is to help with their EQ. So they say. If you buy, try to buy the new one, price is the same with the old one without the MFGM.
Anyway, how do you guys buy your enfalac? in the can? box of 1 pack, box of 2 packs or box of 3 packs?
I usually buy in box of 3 packs, they are the most economical.
