Got alot of potential, depends on the tenants there. If they bring in local cheap brands or those cater to middle east, sure the place die.
Village grocer, chillis, TGIF etc then ok.. |

Everyday I go to work and see Tamarind Square. So far looking good. But never been inside yet. Just see from the school traffic light.

Just went to have a look at tamarind yesterday. Really nice. Can see the potential here. I wonder what kind of business that is in demand right now in that area

I dont see Village Grocer updating their website for upcoming outlet to include Tamarind Sq yet.Also from the layout, Supermarket space seems to be 70-80% on Phase 2 side. Currently only Phase 1 VP. Maybe this has to wait until Phase 2 VP. |
