only personal payment is affected, doesn't affect RMAH ofcoz

aiya.. this is meant for transfering money to other people, for example i owe my house owner money, so i use paypal to transfer to his account in paypal.

that's what personal payment is for.

This personal payment is mostly used or done in the US, and there's no subscription fee or paypal cost. If you do a transfer to another paypal user, paypal will ask you whether should you ( the sender ) or the receiver bare the cost of paypal fee. With this personal payment options, Paypal CANNOT adhere the paypal fee, hence alot of US people uses it,but only applicable to US to US payments. Other country still have to bare th paypal cost.

If you send money from personal payments, you are not able to do any dispute as well. Hence if you can see from old Diablo forums ( US ), people who sell items outside of RMAH, they always ask buyers to send the money thru personal payments because if anything happen ( scam ), buyers are not able to do any dispute cases.

And the reason why mine ( picture ) and also laupan's account have different currency, you can enable the currency mode at the Manage Currency link to add your currency.
