i heard side yellowish is due to our sweat...well put case on it lessen the issue,

so far, love HTC One, becoz
1) when u call a person, u just wait for it to vibrate a bit coz it show phone connected...no need to put ur phone on ur ears for the first few second
2) the button scheme is something u will get used to especially for menu button but once u get used to it , it will be nice
3) GPS signal lock way better than sgs2
4) camera fast take pic, i mean very fast
5) no lag
6) blink feed is good, after u get used to it, i very seldom use twitter app and facebook app
7) message have skin on its own

Compare my old sgs2:
1)miss the swipe left and right at contact name to call or message, other than tat no issue
2) only 1 button to access phone, risky
3) no menu softkey..
4)volume button a bit hard to reach when u hold ur phone on ur left hand though i right handed
5) hate hate twitter app widget, 4x3......it used to be 4x2
6) when messaging, the stupid auto correct is really kinda stupid, it should accept the word i write and recommend the word, but now it auto correct first and then u need to select the word that u wanted...

yes but 2nd year onwards claim at sen heng only

depend usage and also where u r, 3g or wifi...how is the signal? did you put power saving mode? sleep mode?
during standby are u considering off data plan?

so far my usage, moderate use, 9 hour depending whether I on wifi more or on 3g more

twitter app just updated and change back widget 4x2....i so happy..they must heard my rant

finally my 4g works after change again sim card.......
u need to be in a few area for 4G LTE-Maxis...
it works but usually i turn it off to conserve battery.....only will use if I know the area got LTE

by default it turn on, u can go to setting--> mobile data--> network mode

it was Maxis Staff fault, well active 3rd party that maxis sub out..
they so blur that they gave me a broadband sim card for my phone...lol ..luckily I still can call out

then i tested 4g at ttdi but no 4g for me....so call up and they rectify it by telling me go Maxis centre like KLCC, Mid Valley..etc etc to change for free

Yest I was at shopping at Lowyat I notice a lot of HTC One, can scout and find the one....

I found it some also, try saturation +1 and sharpness +1 when under the florescent light

the forum move so fast, no one able catch up..
anyway i check your screenshot, on screen 2 hour 30 min, is normal for me
however i see ur apps use most battery? What is the apps running...I can't give you an answer without knowing what apps you use...if you use for games or GPS that is different
and ur phone is 13 hours running, way better than my limit(12hours only)

Now I think u ask that you dont have data connection for a long time but why the life so short....
but for me, the battery will be suck faster because the phone will use battery to find signal...that is the issue...
I don't know whether you out of signal and the phone finding it or you put sleep/power save mode

So whenever you know that the area you go no line for long time, put it at airplane mode because it will stop the phone for looking the signal

Actually there won't be big difference, usually some ppl feel is cool buying from official store, at least when we claim warranty we can go to HTC store easily and more reputable....plus they give an official HTC bag...hahaha
usually is reputable, warranty claim, and the service like after service or support, the people in the store will be more experience to support your enquiry compare to dealer

Dealer will deal different price because they bought in bulk or they earn lesser...but when claim warranty, sometimes may cause some issue because they may taken AP stock but they put their own warranty(this is based on assumption and possiblity). You won't know

depending where is your location and whether the signal is strong...i find nowadays maxis line you can easily get EDGE only for certain places...(not phone issue because I compare with Samsung)

it may cause your issue...try at different places

Can you post the battery history and the apps running.? I am really curious what is your setting that can go through such long hours

lol...the phone is still at rumors level, need to wait at least a few weeks lar
