What?  Custom ROMs doesn't mean AOSP or CM.  It just means a ROM that has been modified somewhat from stock.  Viper ROM has a ton of tweaks and under the hood changes, and I very much consider it a custom ROM.

i went and search, viper rom for this phone not out yet.
u made me excited for a min

mine is almost on par as well...but it's still accessible. need to go play with demo set again. but the problem with demo set is that they are abused so much it's possible that the button are worst than ours.

SDK is simply the software development kit that enables developers to create applications for the Android platform. When you execute the SDK, it will install fastboot , adb commands in your PC

ADB is Android Debug Bridge
-  It’s a “bridge” for developers to work out bugs in their Android applications. This is done by connecting a device that runs the software through a PC, and feeding it terminal commands. ADB lets you modify your device (or device’s software) via a PC command line.

Fastboot is one of the commands you use when you want to flash stuffs onto your phone. You execute this at terminal ( ms dos prompt) in PC , eg if you want to flash a recovery you type : fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

ahh..ok thanks!
so
SDK is a kit,
adb is a tool
and fastboot is a command.

Restart your pc and phone, start again.  If the last few lines say Success but also say failed, means is failed.  Keep trying.  Took me 5 times before it succeed.
*
more than 5 times. like 11 times dee..i give up for now.

ok here's my steps. tell me if im doing anything wrong.

1)push revone to my phone /data/local/tmp
2) access adb shell /data/local/tmp
3) chmod 755 revone
4) ./revone -P

am i doing the right thing this far?

i notice im missing the su access.

SU access is not needed, I did it with full stock unlocked bootloader.  If theres any Mapping failure, just restart your pc and try again.  Restart your phone also if you want for safety.  If you can't get it to work, use Terminal Emulator and type the commands from step 2 onwards.
*
thanks. however initial attempt failed. failed at permission being denied. =.='

where you stuck?
download the SDK, then run SDK manager, and download latest jelly bean sdk inside, if you dont know which to choose, just choose all 4.0 and above folder.
*
well....of all sudden, i repeated my steps. only difference is this time i wipe my cache.
and revone reported success. however it auto rebooted my phone.
is this normal?

i proceed to request for s-off ./revone -s 0 -u
didnt work again.

according to XDA

If revone reboots the device (we'll pretend this isn't an undiagnosed random crash) please wait 2 minutes then try again from step 2

try chmod 755 revone, twice.

The first time i s-off i only do once, it wrote success but still s-on, then 2nd time, i do twice chmod 755 revone then it able to s-off
*
did that and again. failed.

just keep retry i guess
U need to have java install it seems. Search frm google return this

Make sure your java\bin directory is in your path statement before the windows\system32 directory. The SDK Manager uses java and it was finding the one in the system32 folder.

In a CMD window, you can run 'where java'
*
20 times dee..lol

i keep getting that failed to map memory. =.='

honestly all im getting is failed to map memory.
can't even get the first stage.
