Tomorrow is my 10th day after sending in my One to service center..

Every customers they just say the same thing. Ie: "we are waiting the device to be shipped from Taiwan Sir"

I've heard this for 2 times in one week.. doh.gif

In conclusion, they memorize a script and repeat to every customers. That is what I think.

But if you go to HTC Malaysia facebook..you will cry when saw those complaintsssss

The most serious one that I saw just now.. HTC One X sent in for 2 months never get the device back yet. shakehead.gif

Mine even worse..its on par with the surface. Its even harder to press when u put on a case for ur HTC One..

Hopefully when I get my exchanged device back would not have this prob

2 weeks now and I called HTC again and again and there is no update on my one-to-one exchange yet!!
I am getting frustrated and asked the manager to call me by tmr..
Anyone who sent in their device AFTER 20th on May had got their device back?

Alright..so at the end I decided to go to the service center and request.
As what I ve been told, my device is already at the kastam. The status is updated and is now PENDING FOR SWAP.
And the girl told me next week latest I shall get my device back.
Those who sent in after 20th of May and already get their devices back are those under Brightstar warranty.
For SiS.. have to wait until next week.. Sigh
And for SiS, those have got their device back is those who sent in on 15th of May and before.

So anyone, under SiS and send in after 20th of May have get their device back??

I send on May20th bro, by the way, the hotline is useless. They can't give u any confirmation because they are not the service center staffs. They have to confirm with the service center again
